
Net Promoter Score is a widely used measure of customer satisfaction
By asking just one question of customers i.e. How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague? Asking for a score of between 0 and 10, the overall score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. Promoters are those who give a score of 9 or 10. Detractors are those who give a score of less than 7. Passives are those that give a score of 7 or 8 and are not included in the calculation.
