Dr Mike Morton recently attended the Ion Channel Modulation Symposium at Clare College, Cambridge. The symposium brings together 200 scientists from academia, industry, CROs and academic drug discovery with lectures on diverse topics such as the role of ion channels in metastatic cancer, pain, and epilepsy. The symposium is organised by Sophion, makers of the QPatch instrument, used by ApconiX to deliver our CIPA ion channel assays.
